- Nabota (South Korea) — a highly popular Korean brand balancing price and quality

How much does the brand matter? What actually decides the result
What the sales articles rarely say: every brand on the list above works with the same substance group — Botulinum Toxin Type A. The differences in real patients come from three things, in order of weight: one, whether the product is genuine; two, whether the unit dose fits the muscle; three, how precisely it is placed. Brand comes near the end. Paying extra for a top brand and then being injected by someone who is not a doctor is getting the priorities exactly backwards.
How to check that the vial you're getting is genuine
- The vial is opened from a new box in front of you, with a Thai-language Thai FDA label, a clear lot number and expiry date
- The brand on the box matches what was agreed and what you are paying — beware paying premium-brand prices for a cheaper brand or a split vial
- The number of units used should be stated clearly before injection
- The product's registration number can be checked against the Thai FDA database, and some brands have the importer's own authenticity-check system
